It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to our care group. Mount Sinai Home Healthcare Services Inc. is an organisation registered by the Canada Revenue Agency to offer a range of services. We provide personal care for the young and elderly who have physical, or developmental disabilities such as dementia, mental health problems or simply require support to enable them to take after themselves in their own homes. Our highly professional and experienced staff are well-qualified to support our clients to access recreation, hygiene/personal care, dressing, preparing meals and drinks. They can assist with grocery shopping, visiting family/friends, etc.

The principles that underpin our work is to offer all our clients’ independent and unbiased support to help them make informed and flexible choices of services that meet their expectations, needs and requests. We can also offer services ranging from hourly care to 24 hour live-in-care in your home, retirement/long-term/nursing homes, hospitals and provide the necessary support you require. Whenever you choose any of our services you and your loved ones can relax knowing that you are in the safe hands of a team of friendly and supportive well-trained professionals.

Our mission is to provide excellent care services within a warm and friendly home environment that meet the needs of individuals and communities. We provide services to all people regardless of age, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation and ethnic origin. We never impose any decisions and services on our clients. Your care and livelihood is at the heart of what we do. In order to sustain the highest standard of care we continually provide training for all our staff to help them to update their knowledge, sharpen their skills and deepen their experiences so they have the ability to meet the needs of all our service users.
